DMG received its Organic Certification in 2009 and has been renewed since through 2 yearly audits organized by ECOCERT, the certifying authority.
This certification began while assisting a client with obtaining a label for his consumer product, and it was of course added to DMG quality initiatives. The selection of products, flow control and the identification of quality brands were already a part of our daily business. Today, organic products are available in our family of products and represent a turnover of 1.4 Million Euros. Thus, we cover all of our fast-food, in-flight and railway catering client needs.
Since that time, our product offering has been expanded to include fair-trade and ethnic products.
